FIGJO catalogue 2026Regarding warranties: as mentioned, Figgjo offers a 5-year chip-edge warranty on all round plates (except the Front Dining collection). If you experience chipping, please provide photos or videos so we can assess the case and, if applicable, replace the items.
It is important that the client handles the plates in accordance with the attached manual. Even very durable porcelain can chip or break if handled incorrectly.
For any other type of complaints, the goods must be returned to us for laboratory testing so we can determine the root cause.
If a production error is identified, we will acknowledge this and replace the damaged products free of charge.
